San Martino - the perfect location

Excellent communication from the property manager before well before we arrived with very clear instructions on how to enter the property. The apartment is lovely and well appointed. It is perfectly located to explore Bologna

The property was quite smelly, a sewage smell that really needed airing the whole time.

Location was perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable, priced fairly. We had great views, bathrooms and bedrooms were large and comfortable. We loved everything would definitely recommend.

Shower overflowed onto floor in first bathroom. And at times no hot water for Shower.
