Highly recommended apartment with everything you need
While Vicenza is a lovely town, we stayed there primarily as a hub for travelling to nearby places (Venice, Trento, Verona and Padua). The apartment was perfect apart from being on the fourth floor (getting suitcases up/down for us as two 60+ yr old sisters). Beds comfortable, linen crisp and clean, very spacious place, two balconies, quiet, great amenities, fast wifi, etc.
As above re floor level but only in terms of suitcases - getting up and down via stairs otherwise fine for us. Had to contact property manager yhe night before re how to get access. Despite having paid the city tax and providing personal information (via a secure official city link sent outside Booking.com a week prior, and pre-warned that would happen), a message from the property manager asked for an email and mobile in order to get property access codes. At the same time, Booking.com warns not to do this. When queried, they replied politely that it wasn’t compulsory to do that but the earlier message didn’t indicate that. From experience, several properties have asked for personal details via other pathways associated with collecting city taxes - it would be better if Booking.com collected these as a part of the overall payment to negate these sorts of issues and potential openings for scams.

Insgesamt sehr gut. Lage nahe Innenstadt - trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ausstattung der Küche war super. Balkon und dessen Möblierung inklusive Sonnenstore.
Fehlender Parkplatz und 4.OG ohne Lift sind Nachteile.

The location close to everything one wants to see. A larger affordable parking lot 5min away made parking the car easy.. The nice terrasse.
A second toilet would be good. The forth floor location was ok for me, but might not be for others.
