Over priced and expensive apartment in Venice!!!
The people were not bothered about anything. There was supposed to be water in the fridge.. The girl at the check in didn't really know what was going on. She just said it should be there but its not. There were no elevators in the building and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. We had to carry the bags 3 floors up. The coffee machine didn't work and was not maintained or serviced.
