    Good facility, but poor management

    Its location and facilities were great!

    Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We were charged more than the price confirmed on Booking.com. The host explained that the exchange rate was unfavorable for her and that the price in local currency was different, but this was not the amount we had agreed to when making the booking. Even more concerning, when we questioned the additional charge, we were threatened with having to pay a local tax if we did not pay the higher amount. As foreign guests, including my husband who was registered as a foreign guest on the booking, this tax did not apply to us. We felt pressured and uncomfortable throughout the situation. The price confirmed through Booking.com should be respected, and exchange-rate fluctuations should not be used to justify unexpected charges. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

    Beautiful duplex in historical cartegena.

    It was fantastic, accommodation whole new level, with old and new.

    Could have had a starter kit included tea, ciffe, sugar, water. On arrival. Thats it. Other than that nothing else. Fabilous.
