I cannot recommend for people genuinely looking for hotel visitors
THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! The location was excellent. Beautiful views. We just didn’t realise this is not a hotel, rather than an AirBnB type of room.
We had to wait for over 20 minutes for the staff to come and open the doors. There was no hot water throughout our stay. The front door lock was broken throughout our stay, so we couldn’t rely on getting in at night, especially as there were no staff available. Thus, we were disappointed for the value for money ratio.

I want a quieter location close to the Vatican City, so I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Rome.
I loved the location and the proximity to the Vatican City. I knew I was staying near the Vatican City, but I didn’t realize it was literally around the corner and down the street. I also love the proximity to restaurants that were absolutely wonderful. The building itself was beautiful and I loved my room, it was charming. There was artwork on the wall and a lovely window to look outside to a quiet street. I loved the private bathroom as well. Everything was clean and comfortable.
The big door on the outside was a little tough, but that’s only because I’m only 5 feet tall lol. I’m only kidding, I loved the front door, and actually all of the front door doors in Italy, it’s simply a part of the beautiful architecture in Rome. Thankfully there was a step to be able to access the key to open the door.
