Nice place from where to explore Venice

Good location, easy to get to train-bus station or city center. Nearby there are plenty restaurants and a supermarket. Marco/the host was friendly and available.

Although we knew, there were many steps to get from floor to floor. In the bathroom more hangers are needed !

Excellent Location and Wonderful Family Stay in Venice

We had a wonderful stay as a family of five. Everything was very good and comfortable. The location was excellent, especially because it was within walking distance of the train station. This was extremely convenient, particularly when travelling with luggage, as it can be quite difficult to carry luggage through the streets of Venice because of the stone-paved streets, bridges and steps. Being so close to the train station made things much easier for us. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and a fan provided in every room. The washing machine was also a great plus for our family. The check-in process was very easy and smooth. The host was amazing, very helpful and always willing to assist us whenever we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to families.

Honestly, we had no major dislikes. Everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Well located. Can comfortably sleep 5. Place would be better cleaned

    Well located

Sofa bed small. Superficially clean, shower drain was clogged, floor felt slimy after one day, condiments were old and moldy (eg vinegar). Dog poop was left outside our main door one day

It’s a big and clean house and very close to station and other attractions.

There was only one air condition in the whole house and sometimes it was not enough.
