Great location and good value for Venice apartment.
The location was excellent. Two minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. One minute walk from the Vaparetto stop. Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Owner easy to contact.
3rd person, daughter, had to sleep in a pull out bed in the kitchen. Ground floor apartment -- not disclosed when booking. Air conditioning was not working our first night and I could not figure out how to get it started with the remote control. It turnes out you have to have the remote very close to the actual unit. This should have been explained in the instructions before we arrived.

La ubicación. Es excelente .El anfitrión muy atento y nos ayudo en todas nuestras necesidades y nos ayudo mucho a poder disfrutar de la estancia en Venecia. Faciliandonos el acceso a la isla para poder disfrutar plenamente de la estancia en ella Mi puntuación al anfitrión seria de 10.
Que la habitación de una cama y la cocina no tuvieran aire acondicionado o un ventilador de techo como mínimo ya que hace mucha calor en el verano

Excellent apartment, location, amenities and host! Highly recommend!
The location was excellent from the water bus station, and the rialto bridge and its great restaurants and activities. The private courtyard was so clean and private. The amenities were great as well. The host was friendly and allowed us to check in early. The property was clean and the sofa bed was made and ready for us.
It would be nice to have a fan for the 1 bedroom without a mini-split air conditioning unit. The room was a bit hot in the summer. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
