Beware of BED BUGS and mosquitoes!
Location was good
Staff is not responsive. The a/c is a weird system that supposedly works through the floor but it didn’t work and the apartment was hot. We asked for maintenance but no help was given. Because we had to leave the windows open we were infested with mosquitoes. The beds were awful. The foot of the beds turned upward about 4”. Very old, lumpy and saggy. Worst problem was discovered our last morning. We were all eaten alive by bed bugs. Our faces and arms are covered in bites. Our two year old grandson is covered in bites and I have 28 on my face alone. I looked diseased while traveling home. A doctor confirmed it’s bed bugs. In visits to over 55 countries we have never encountered bed bugs except here. I texted the staff and haven’t even received a reply. Apartment is damp. Towels never dried. Shower leaks horribly so floor was always wet. No dryer so the clothes we washed on day 1 were still wet when we packed to leave on day 3 evening. Horrible experience!

Excelente estadía en Venecia
Excelente ubicación, cómoda, gran living comedor, camas king.

I would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect.
The location was great, the apartment had great amenities, the linen and the bedding was very comfortable.
The apartment was initially very hard to find. And GPS doesn’t work perfectly in Venice. Once you understand where and how to access the apartment there were no further issues. This is not the properties fault however, mosquitoes are in Venice and with the windows open with no screens when we arrived there were a few mosquitoes in the apartment.
