  It is a beautifully appointed apartment in a fantastic location.

  The electricity went out at 9:45 pm on our first night. It was not restored after the second night so we left two days early. We had no hot water for showers, no AC, no lights, no WiFi, our food spoiled in the fridge. We had to eat out for every meal. My laundry was mid cycle in the washing machine when the power was lost. I had to wring it out by hand and walk a good distance with wet heavy clothes to pay to wash it at a laundromat. We were provided an after hours “emergency” phone number that had a recording in Italian. I left a message in English since I couldn’t use Google Translate without the internet. I never received a response. I sent an email to the after hours email and never received a response. The liaison person didn’t answer her phone after hours—I understand that. She was helpful getting g is checked in, but there wasn’t much she could do about the electrical situation. I felt like we were being ignored and left to wonder when the electricity was going to be restored. We received dry little communication in that regard. Thankfully, theproperty manager

  Perfect for a couple to enjoy the old city vibe

  Fabulous location right in the middle of the historic old city. Breakfast on the balcony is unforgettable. Lovely view out across the Adriatic Sea. Spacious and comfortable. Bedroom and bed in the old walled room were a big highlight. Would definitely recommend for a couple.

  There were small missing things when we arrived: No clean tea towel, bedside lamp bulb broken, soap dispenser empty, freezer compartment door broken and freezer unusable. Not disasters, but for the cost these should be fixed before arriving. Some were sorted during the stay. Some not. The kitchen equipment should be more comprehensive. The accessories in the kitchen are very limited. Poor cooking implements. If you're not cooking this wont be an issue. Poor selection of glassware. The hot water was erratic. Sometimes completely disappearing in the middle of showering! Warning: the shower cubicle is tiny!
