    Very nice place to stay in Venice at a very reasonable rate.

    This property is spacious, clean and is in the center of all the sites.

    Our room was right above a popular restaurant and it can be a little noisy into the early morning hours.

    Exceptional location with outstanding Hosts

    Alessandra & Luca were exceptional hosts. Communication was outstanding ensuring that our stay was comfortable & hassle free. Greeted us at the ferry and assisted us throughout our stay with advice on ferries. The location is amazing, just around the corner from St Marks Square, and beautiful views from our balcony of the canal.

    Beautiful spacious apartment only a short walk from all the main attractions. Lovely comfortable bed. Balconies with views over the canal, we were able to watch the gondolas below. We had a huge living room with comfortable furniture and a kitchen that had everything you would need if wanted to cook on the cooktop or heat things up in the microwave. Lovely big bath and shower with doors that opened out over the canal.
