  Would be a different experience if we could use the river

  Karen is an exceptional woman who works incredibly hard at this place and seems to do almost everything by herself, we rate Karen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Breakfast was very nice. The views are beautiful. The horses are beautiful. A good location to visit surrounding areas.

  The location is a bit random, we were attracted by river sports but didn’t see any of that and where we were it smelt of sewage so we wouldn’t go in anyway. There’s not anything around to do. The pool is ok, very slippy - one of us fell and hurt themselves. 2 of the sunbeds snapped whilst in use resulting in cuts and back injury. The oven didn’t work and we were told we had to wait for Karen to come and help us even though the owner was there and we needed to feed our 3yo to get him into bed. We paid for a horse riding lesson for 1hr that was about 30 minutes. The plug got stuck in the bathroom sink and we were told it wouldn’t get fixed so we had to do teeth etc in the kitchen. The showers flood so the bathroom was soaking. There was a dog in heat bleeding and walking around the restaurant.

  Bilan plus que mitigé

  L'environnement est magnifique : l'aspect extérieur des chalets est chaleureux, la rivière est très jolie, la piscine est magnifique et les montagnes environnantes complètent le décor. L'accueil et l'attention portée par le personnel (en la personne de Karen) a été parfait.

  La manière dont la propriétaire nous a traités est par contre inacceptable! Nous n'avons appris qu'une fois sur place que nous ne pouvions payer que par cash (et il faut savoir que retirer de l'argent en Albanie coûte environ 10% du montant retiré, c'est énorme!). Nous venions donc discuter calmement pour diminuer un peu le prix de notre séjour car un simple message de leur part à la réservation nous aurait éviter de payer 50€ de frais additionnels. La propriétaire ne comprenant pas un mot d'anglais a probablement cru que nous ne voulions rien payer et a commencé à nous agresser en nous aboyant le seul mot anglais qu'elle connaissait : "PAY! PAY!" En tant que cliente, on ne m'avait jamais adressé la parole de cette façon! De plus, nous avions réservé un chalet avec cuisine pour ne pas devoir sortir au restaurant tous les jours or la cuisine ne servait tous simplement à rien : aucun couvert, aucune casserole, lave-vaisselle impossible à ouvrir, etc... ce qui a également augmenté le prix de notre séjour vu que nous préparer nos repas était impossible.
