    Excellent room and location.

    Owner was very friendly and helpul. Room was perfect for our needs with tea and coffee facilities included. Decent value for money when compared to local hotel prices. Would definitely return.

    Only slight criticism would be the lack of a small lock on the guest door. I appreciate that this is someones house but to me this should a standard if albeit cosmetic feature.

    Prima verblijf, fijne uitvalsbasis voor Brighton.

    Mooie plek met mooi uitzicht. Ontzettend gastvrij ontvangst. Altijd beschikbaar voor vragen. Vlak bij Rotting Dean met heerlijk eten bij de White Horses.
