A gem in St John’s Wood
The Sanctum went beyond expectations. The location was excellent. A very short walk to the St John’s Wood station making it very convenient. It was a 1 block walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel service was top notch. We required business documents to be printed and they were done immediately. The rooms were perfectly appointed, clean and comfortable. It was also pleasantly quiet. A great find

Staff was not nice to my family at all and made everything difficult as possible … don’t stay here

A very clean property and the staff were always attentive yo all our needs.

The only drawback is they did not replenish drinking water, shampoo and soap despite my family staying there for a week.
