  Тайский стиль места Най Харн🌴

  Очень красивая территория, много деревьев, лиан, и кустарников. Отличное расположение 5 минут до пляжа, объект всегда на связи. Приятный Condo в тайском стиле. Чисто и уютно, есть кухня и всё необходимое. Находится на 1 этаже, закрыт от прямого солнечного света, что исключает нагрев солнцем за день. В каждой комнате кондиционер, так же есть вентиляторы. Мы использовали кондиционер только для охлаждения помещения перед сном или после пляжа, примерно по 30 минут, за 5 дней электричество вышло на 300 Батт. Прекрасный шикарный бассейн! Просто восторг! 🤩

  В целом было прекрасно чуть обновить некоторую устаревшую мебель и сантехнику за эту стоимость аренды.

  Great location but not good value!

  The location near the beach was great and the beach itself is stunning -only a short walk from the apartment. The pool area was nice, clean and quiet. The apartment is large, so we had ample space for 2 couples. We had plenty of hot water and there was all that we needed in the kitchen.

  Giving a deposit that covered the electricity usage meant we had baht returned to us when we were leaving the country. I'm sure that this system makes it easy for the rental company but not the person on holiday. The apartment is nice and large but is looking a little tired and dark with not all lamps having working bulbs in them. This property was at the top end of the budget and was not good value at this price - we stayed in nicer properties for less money.

  All perfect, we can definetelly recommend!

  Stylish thai apartment, in ground floor, well equipped just missing few glass or wine cups, AC working well, microwave and oven, all fine. Mosquitos should be less but it is close to the lake so understandable. Close to the beach, everyday feed from Dada thai restaurant we can only reccomend. Pool on first floor, we expected by the apartment, but its very close. Apreciated service on whatsapp group so quock response.

  Electricity paid separatelly which is not standard, on the other hand you wont waste when you are charged ;) one week was around 1000 baths which is ok.
