    Great little get away place

This place was exactly what we were looking for when booking a quick get away. The location to the beach is perfect. The villa was well stocked and the property was cute and well maintained.

I am so grateful to have found this rental. Kat, the owner, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Even being there during Spring Break, I felt like I was on my own private tropical island. The view was incredibly beautiful, my suite was spotless and the price was excellent. The other guest that I met were also very kind, it felt like I was at home. I will definitely be back and recommend it to all looking for a peaceful, serene stay at the gulf. Everything you need is in walking distance. Thank you, Kat!

The convince of the beach is a great bonus. The cottage is a bit outdated. The tvs in the room do not work only the one in the main room. The fan is very noisy. Breakfast was very nice touch and plenty of towels. Everyone was very nice. One of the biggest issues is the bed. It was very hard and we could not get good sleep. Parking could be a bit tricky. However walking out and being on the beach is a big bonus. If you are looking for convenience of the beach this is the place.
