No grab rails by toilet for the infirm. Both toilet seats had to be replaced and subsequently broke a second time causing having to sit on the toilet bowl itself this was totally unacceptable and requires proper fitting seats. The shower floors are very slippery when wet, requires non slip mats in the shower cubicles as well as a grab rail. All of the above are required for anybody of any age for health and safety. Lastly all around the outside had not been swept and the outside table and veranda extremely dirty.

Perfect stay in Kingscote
House was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Free Wifi. All this and it's pet friendly as well.

Great pet friendly accommodation in Kingscote
The place was comfortable with a lovely fragrance to welcome us. Beds were soft, bathroom were clean, kitchen had plenty of necessity to use for cooking, and the decor had a home like feel of the beach which was lovely. Plenty of entertainment like board games and movies on Stan to relax and wind down.
Minor issue was something kept making rattling or banging sounds during the night so was quite disturbing but eventually ignored and slept through the night. May have been the wind blowing on the windows or the side fence.

A great location for a relaxing holiday
Location to amenities and the center of town was good. Views of the water and quiet location was excellent.
kitchen cupboard containing the pots and frypan needed a better clean as they were greasy. The television should be connected to an external antenna to obtain free to air TV channels for ease of guests.
