    Nice little caravan on a quiet site. Great views over the water. We had to fix the TV and wash the previous occupiers dirty dishes (housekeeping obviously forgot to check the dishwasher), but it was the perfect base for a few days away.

    The sea views are stunning if you book one of the cliff-edge static caravans. We had a 4berth Caravan, which was a bit pokey even for just 2 of us.No phone signal or wifi was not great either, so we left early after 3 of our 4night break.

    Great stay but room for improvement

    OK - we enjoyed our stay but a couple of things could have been improved. Our caravan had excellent views over Combe Martin Bay and we enjoy the walking that Combe Martin gives us. It's steep and hard work. We walked to Ilfracombe via Watermouth Bay and also up to Little Hangman and Big Hangman. Parking was tricky both getting in and out of the bay next to the caravan. Far too tight and not helped by a van parked next door that impacted turning circle. Disappointingly beds were not made up. Heating seemed to be by boost only. We did sleep really well and it was good having 2 tv's and a decent size fridge. Toaster was small and grill was slow.

    Absolutely fantastic views from the caravan I stayed in, it was nice and clean although some of the cushions had holes in them, bed was really comfortable/
