    Love pier fishing so the location was great. The room was pretty clean. All of the staff were very nice. Oceans 14's food was great! So staff and location get an A+, accessibility D, quality and comfort C-. Really need a "kinda met my expectations" option. We would probably stay again just because of the location to the pier.

    Parking garage is tight and not suitable for larger vehicles. The front of the hotel and the lobby need some cleaning and attention. Only 1 elevator was working and had to wait as much as 15 minutes for it. Bathroom in our room needed some cosmetic work, the tub was in rough shape and toilet handle was broke. Room was small. Beds were not very comfortable. Cheap plastic table and chairs on balcony with what looked like cigarette burns all over them. Breakfast was not great; boiled eggs, bagels, toast, cereal (if there was milk available). For the price of the room per night I definitely expected better.
