  The Cockroach 🪳🪳🪳

  There is cockroach 🪳🪳🪳🪳 every where There's no way to reach some how can help or sorts out the problem there contact stops responding after you enter the apartment I did call but no answer. I managed to call someone and he asked me to call someone else. Someone else told me to call on a different number and so one customer service is very bad AND THE 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 COCKROACH'S ISSUE IS OLD AND ON GOWING THE HOUSE COCKROACH IT HOLD VERY BAD ILLNESS NOT LIKE WILD INSECTS, IT'S DANGEROUS INSECT

  Very disappointing, rooms and basic facilities ok, major problems regarding safety and maintenance

  One of the glass balcony doors in the living room had cracks throughout, some covered with paper tape some exposed which meant we could not use the sofa bed and had to block of the space so that no one would lean on it, we found small cockroaches in the kitchen, in the bathroom and in the beds, the access to the parking space did not work which meant we had to drive round the building doing a 7-8 point turn every time to get in, communication with owners was only through e-mail, local team never communicated with us and never come to clean or to fix problems as they said they would.

  wasnt worth 169 euros for 1 night

  Broken sofa bed, in a 'luxury apartment' !! Meant my daughter and boyfriend slept rather uncomfortably. Contacted the owner, no offer of refund or even partial refund, merely blamed the cleaner, so enjoy the negative review Sanders !

  Owner to pay more attention to previous guest damage
