Great location and amazing staff but facilities near upgrade.

The location was great and the staff amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The pool was well maintained.

We stayed at Sandi Agung 4 years ago and it appeared that no maintainance had been done in that time since then. The bathroom had leaky taps, the bath had green slime and other plumbing issues. The towel were thin and scratchy. The whole place needed a power clean and new linen. The doors had all dropped leaving gaps for mosquitoes to enter. Staff were excellent supplying spray and mosquito coils but we still had bites.
