Good location and friendly staff
The rooms felt dark and dingy. The reception area was lovely but the bathroom felt basic and the toiletries offered (body wash etc) felt watered down. The facilities in the room, fridge area etc felt old and run down. The decor for the room was too dark. The lighting in the room for getting ready was too dark.

An amazing setup, great location but lacking a decent onsite bar / restaurant and gym not maintained
Good location, hotel was clean and generally good facilities. parking was awkward and we had to park far from the hotel. Also wasn’t made clear to us that we could have parked right outside for our one night stay so we unnecessarily paid for parking!
Gym equipment largely out of order and itself very small. Onsite hotel restaurant was not great - for what we paid I would have expected more.

Location and comfy bed. A lot better than our previous stay, staff were more friendly, breakfast was better this time and the tea was hot.

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel I think it's possibly the most comfortable place we have stayed in, lovely big room comfy settee and very comfortable bed and lovely bed linen. Special mention and thanks to Rebecca at reception, very helpful and thoughtful .
