    Expected a little better for $600

    The front desk staff was kind and attentive. The bed was firm which made my sleep incredibly comfortable. Clean sheets and washroom. Service and food at Denny's was great.

    There was only one waitress at the lounge restaurant (staffing issue?) and she brushed myself and my friends off telling us to dine at Denny's instead, before we even said anything. I can sympathize if the was the only staff on duty, but there's no reason to be rude. Meanwhile it seemed as though she was kinder to other guests. As far as the cleanliness of the room goes, it was dusty and dirty in a few places: the top of the fridge (which was at eye level) and the floor beneath the couch looked as though it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. If the hotel is rated 4 stars and charging nearly $300/night (for a summer wknd), I'd expect the level of cleanliness and customer service to be representative of that.

    Nice.

    Beautiful, spacious room with very comfortable beds. Despite being located close to the airport, the room was very well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. Highly recommended!

    We had to wait approximately an hour and a half for the airport shuttle at YYZ, despite calling three times to request a pickup. This resulted in a significant delay and was a disappointing aspect of our experience. Furthermore, no apology or acknowledgment of the lengthy wait was offered by the staff during check-in.
