    It was an ok stay.

    Breakfast was fine.

    More choices for a European diet. Ensure rooms are ready on time, we had to wait and it was not cleaned properly, lots of long dark hair stuck to the walls in the shower. Previous guests had left opened bottle in the fridge, the guy who helped with bags also had to get fresh water for the room as there was none. It was an ok stay.

    La variedad de comida, restaurantes, bares y bebidas fue excelente. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, cómodas y espaciosas. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y las actividades de entretenimiento hacen que la estancia sea aún más agradable. Algo que nos gustó mucho fue que nos permitieron almorzar y disfrutar de las instalaciones tanto antes del check-in como después del check-out, lo cual aprovechamos muchísimo. ¡Una muy buena experiencia!

    Algunas áreas del hotel necesitan renovación y mantenimiento. En cuanto al servicio, casi todo el personal fue excelente, excepto un bartender y un mesero de restaurante, cuya atención no estuvo a la altura de la de sus compañeros.
