    Break fast great. Location fantastic as hotel provides a sunset river cruise for guests and guide was brilliant. owner provided very good guidance and help, plus arranging transport back to Zimbabwe

    Tolle Anlage direkt am Fluss, abends auf der Terrasse traumhaft. Das Restaurant ist super, der Koch ging sehr flexibel auf unsere Essenswünsche (vegan/glutenfrei) ein. Die Ausflüge nach Chobe sind sowieso unglaublich. Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren alle sehr hilfsbereit. Es gab zu Beginn ein paar Missverständnisse/Schwierigkeiten seitens der Lodge, aber sie haben das über unseren Aufenthalt sofort wett gemacht und haben alles dafür getan, dass es uns gut geht. Wirklich top Service.

    Die Küchenzeile ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet, das einzige Besteck waren drei Löffel

    I don't usually write reviews, but this place tried to scam me aggressively. After my overnight stay, they tried to charge a room rate many times higher than what I had booked on Booking.com. This price was never agreed upon or communicated beforehand. They only backed down after I threatened to call the police. I'm an overlander, and along my entire route not a single hotel has behaved like this, not even in the darkest corners.
