    I had a horrible experience with this booking. Upon arrival, the reception did not have the keys, and the owner kept delaying, saying she needed to confirm with her son which apartment we should be allocated. After waiting for more than three hours, I still didn't have a place to sleep. She finally admitted the place had been double booked and refunded me. By then, it was late in the evening, and I had to scramble to find another place to sleep for the night. This was stressful, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. Guests should never be left stranded without accommodation, especially after confirming a reservation. I strongly urge Booking.com to review this property’s practices to prevent other travelers from going through the same ordeal.
