  No me agradó que permiten la entrada a sus canchas a personas que no son huéspedes y entran muy temprano a usar las canchas, haciendo mucho ruido y no permiten descansar, más porque fue un domingo y sí afecta pues se busca tranquilidad y descanso. Me he hospedado varias veces y es la primera vez que pasa, ojalá se limite un poco eso.

  Some comments after spending three nights. Pros: *Room is spacious, has an aesthetically nice rustic look, and is clean (see note below) *There is plenty of hot water for showering and there it comes out hot immediately. *A small amount of complimentary firewood is provided. *The hotel has beautiful grounds filled with fruit trees and offers a pleasant place to relax (see note below) *The buffet breakfast is delicious (but a bit limited). *The staff were very nice and attentive to our needs. Cons: *The beds were on the hard side *There was some mold on the shower curtain *The sink basin gets wet readily due to the faucet flow and water drips to the floor. *We could clearly hear the footsteps (and to a lesser extent the voices) of the people in the room above us. The hotel does provide earplugs at no charge. *We were only provided with one bar of soap a night, so we needed to use it for both the shower and sink. I asked the night watchman if he could get us another bar in storage and he said I would need to wait for the cleaning women in the morning. *In the morning, loud banda music was blaring from the raquet court below us, disturbing the tranquility of our stay. All in all, I would recommend Sanduga Suites, but it falls short of excellence due to the shortcomings mentioned above, many of which could be easily remedied.

  En mi opinión le falta un anuncio más vistozo que indique el lugar. La zona si está un poco alejada del centro, si se requiere auto para movilizarse, pero si llevas auto no le veo problema. La habitación que nos tocó en general se veía limpia, quizá le hace falta ponerle empeño en los detalles como el área de la cafetera (porque observamos que estaba sucio junto con los supuestas tazas que nos dejaron). El desayuno que incluía fue sencillo, pero bien, cumplieron con lo que se describe en la reservación. Está bien que te dejen el control de las llaves para entrar y salir como te acomode, sólo nos faltó que estuvieran pendientes de abrirnos el portón (porque en teoría eso nos prometieron ayudar a abrir), sino te tienes que estar bajando del auto tú mismo. Para los que los visitamos por primera vez, quizá falta un poco de información sobre el lugar. En general el personal es amable y si me volvería a quedar ahí, el lugar es bonito.

  El lugar es amplio y lindo, las personas muy amables y seeviciales, el dedayuno sencillo pero rico. Al rededro un poco oscuro le falta iluminacion y un porton que no tengas que bajarte a abrir para entrar en el horario nocturno
