1) Sandy Bottom is one of three apartments within the property. Located on the ground floor, there are two occupied apartments above. With apartment style living some noise from above may be expected. 2) Please note there are external steps leading up to the front entrance. These may not be suitable for accessibility reasons. 3) There is no private parking with this apartment and a parking permit is provided for the local car parks. Please note the parking permit does not guarantee a parking space and at peak times during peak season Combe Martin can become busy. 4) PARKING PERMIT TERMS: •The parking permit is valid in all Combe Martin Council car parks only. It is available for use during your stay only. It will be in the apartment for you to collect on check in and MUST be returned to the apartment on check out. •Failure to return the parking permit, or for a lost permit, a replacement charge will apply. 5) We have listed our property as suitable for an additional infant in addition to the two adult guests. You would need to provide your own travel cot. However please note there is not enough floor space in the bedroom for one and would have to be located in the open plan lounge.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

    Tolles Apartment in einer tollen kleinen Stadt am Meer

    Sehr chic und modern. Toll renoviertes Apartment. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Super Lage und dazugehöriger Parkplatz in Laufweite.

    Das Bett ist ein bisschen zu schmal, in das Schlafzimmer passt allerdings auch kein breiteres Bett rein.

    The apartment was exceptionally clean with everything you need for a great stay. The instructions for parking and use of the facilities were clear. The property has been maintained to a really high standard and I loved the finishing touches. Great location to visit wonderful places in North Devon especially Lynmouth and Lynton.

    The only down side is that the property has some steep steps from the main road.
