    Generally clean property, spacious. Nice quiet street.

    Less than 24 hours before our stay, we received communication the washing machine was broken and unusable. The property was aware we were traveling with a full sports team for AIMS Games, and offered no viable solution, causing extreme stress to the parents and athletes involved. Given the 365 days of organisation that went into the the event, this was a huge letdown. It would have been so easy to rent a washing machine for us and deliver it to the property, but that was refused. I offered to pay and organize it myself, and have it reimbursed. This was again refused. I dont recommend staying here. Unfortunate for the owner that Bach Care let them down SO badly, but im wondering they were involved in this too. We are still awaiting compensation for the stress.

    Disappointed in basic supplies for large house.

    for a large house (5 bedroom), the basic provisions were seriously lacking. Ran out of detergent, toilet paper and body wash. Supplied with ONE TEATOWEL. and no bin liners. Rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The one dishcloth was filthy and we had no replacement available. The house was fine, but it was very disappointing to have to ask for basic supplies such as a tea towel!

    Sacious and comfortable

    A perfect place for a larger family or group. 4 good size bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs Very up to date and clean and absolutely everything you could need supplied. Toys and board games for the kids were a pleasant bonus. Great location next to the canals and walking tracks and an 8 min walk to the beach. 5 min drive to Papamoa Plaza shopping centre. Huge barbecue and firepit is available too.
