Die Wohnung ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut, da man direkt vor der Tür viele kostenfreie Parkplätze findet. Außerdem ist der schöne Sandstrand keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die lebendige, malerische Innenstadt ca. 15 Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war sehr nett, flexibel und super freundlich. Bei der Wohnungsübergabe gab es viele praktische Informationen. Wirklich vorbildlich!
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Apartmenthaus direkt an einer Straße, was man bei geöffneten Fenstern auch hört.

Nice apartment in great location for the seafront and the town.
Main road location with parking right outside (usually). Note NO LIFT to second floor and NO DISHWASHER even though it states there is one. We were met at the apartment with the keys by the agent who was very helpful (but not in english) She was available at all times for advice during our stay (via google translate). The apartment is well equipped and has a nice balcony with a view towards the sea. Easy walk to the seafront area and less than 10 mins walk into the town, we found the location ideal.
The adjoining derelict property was an eyesore and there is a restaurant with a big outside terrace right next door that could get noisy. It was quiet during our October stay. A bad smell of drains outside the property but ok once inside.

Lo que mas nos gustó fue la ubicación y las instalaciones, el apartamento muy bien decorado y no le faltaba de nada, bueno quizás un lavavajillas pero tampoco cuesta tanto fregar a mano. El.apartamento esta en un segundo piso sin ascensor pero no cuesta mucho subir. El edificio es antiguo quizás se tenga que arreglar un poco mas.
Lo que no nos gusto fue el tránsito que habia en la Avenida y el jaleo de algunos de los vecinos. La cama tampoco era muy cómoda.
