Everything was perfect. The staff are excellent. The kitchenette had all the things we needed to make dinner. The interior and furniture lend a refined, high-end aesthetic to the space.
The bar closed a bit early at 10pm. Probably because it was off-peak season.

部屋がとても広く、ゆったり過ごすことができました。アメニティも素敵で、部屋にドラム式洗濯乾燥機が備え付けられているのも便利でした。 朝食も美味しく、スタッフの方々も皆さんにこやかで、感じの良い接客でした。大浴場もほぼ貸切状態で利用でき、ゆっくり入ることができました。海外のお客様が多いホテルなので、温泉を利用する方が少ないのかもしれません。 また、部屋からの景色も非常に良く、ホテル自体の設備や雰囲気はかなり満足度が高かったです。
一番気になったのは、スタッフの方に日本語がほとんど通じなかったことです。海外のお客様が多いホテルなのは理解できますが、日本国内にあるホテルとして、基本的な場面でも日本語で十分に意思疎通ができないのは正直かなり不便に感じました。 また、朝食を1人4,000円で追加しましたが、内容を考えるとかなり割高に感じました。定食形式でしたが、4,000円という価格から期待する内容とは大きく差があり、正直「この内容で4,000円？」という印象でした。朝食そのものは美味しかっただけに、価格とのバランスが残念でした。
