  The accommodation was simply excellent! The building is new, modern and secure, with a great location just 100 metres from tram and bus stops, making it very easy to explore Rome. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. As a family, we stayed for six nights and honestly didn't miss a single thing. The kitchen had everything we needed, including glasses for every type of drink. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were absolutely fantastic! The host was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive. On our last day, as we had a late flight, he even arranged for our luggage to be stored after check-out, which we really appreciated. Everything was perfect, and we truly felt at home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment, especially to families!

  Отличные современные аппартаменты "умный дом". В аппартаментах всё что нужно для проживания и отдыха. Подземная стоянка. В близи несколько магазинов и кафе. Остановка трамвая, для поездки в старый город, в пешей доступности 100-150 метров. Спасибо!!

  Охрана на входе в здание не владеет английским языком. При попытке взять ключи охранник даже не пытается понять что от него хотят. Пришлось звонить хозяину. В принцыпе всё было улажено хозяином за 20 минут.

  Fräsch välutrustad lägenhet, bra läge nära buss och spårvagnshållplats. Stor loppmarknad på gatan samt gatorna runtomkring på söndagar.

  Wonderful Stay with Luigi!

  We had a wonderful stay at Luigi's apartment and would highly recommend it. The building is modern, clean, and secure, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself is spacious, well maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, including thoughtful amenities such as a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. One of our favorite features was the large terrace, which was the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing morning coffee. Getting around the city was very easy, as the tram stop is just a few steps from the apartment. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Following Luigi's recommendation, we visited both an Asian and an Italian restaurant and were very pleased with the food and atmosphere. Several grocery stores and cozy cafés are conveniently located across the street. A special highlight was the Sunday street market. From the terrace, you can watch the market come to life as it stretches through the surrounding streets. It offers a fascinating variety of goods, including unique items and antiques, making it a great place to explore. Thank you, Luigi, for being a great host and for providing such a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We would gladly return in the future.
