    Good base for a stay, but not as comfortable as expected.

    Location was excellent for major tourist areas, and a short walk from the train that came from the airport (Malpensa). Plenty of decent eating places around for both breakfast and dinner. Room was very clean, with lots of storage space. Bed comfy. Host was available to let us in on arrival.

    Bathroom was cramped and shower didn't work very well. Host bombarded us with instructions on how to get in and out of the property (much more complicated than usual!) - it was a lot to take in when feeling tired from the journey. There were also complicated instructions for leaving, because he was a going to be away. Bit strange that he didn't go, but never informed us, so we had to go through all the palaver of locking cases out, then going out a different door - when we could have just handed over the keys! Room felt a bit basic, not even a picture on a wall, and no proper mirror. On Booking.com this had looked like a proper apartment, but it was only a bedroom and en suite.
