Overall, the accommodation was rather disappointing
The biggest advantage of the accommodation is its location: it is indeed very close to Florence’s train station and the main attractions.
There are a number of inconveniences. Contrary to what the photos suggest, there are actually only two bedrooms instead of three. The third “bedroom” is a passageway, through which the bathroom and toilet can be accessed. As a result, whoever sleeps in this room has to put up with the other guests regularly walking through it. There is very little usable wardrobe space, so we had to keep our clothes in our suitcases throughout our stay. The electrical wiring is in poor condition, and the hairdryer only worked when plugged into the kitchen socket. There were no paper towels or kitchen towels in the kitchen. There were also a lot of mosquitoes during the first half of October, and not enough mosquito repellent had been provided. The online check-in process is quite complicated (for example, guests are required to upload a selfie in advance, which is time-consuming when there are several guests). We also received several incorrect messages saying that we had not completed the check-in, when the issue was actually just a system update.

Holiday in Italy
The apartment is very spacious ,and charming, well equipped. We like the close proximity to SMN station..
There are steep flights of stairs to reach the apartment, with no lighting. The bathroom is cramped and the tiles are slippery. Unfortunately, my husband slipped in the shower and had a nasty fall in the shower. The water flow from the shower could be a little better.

Ruhig, und zu Fuß schnell in der City
Kompliziert einzuchecken!! Viel zu spät benachrichtigt worden das alle mit Ausweis sich anmelden mussten!! Auf dem Schiff ohne WLAN schwierig. Und erst die Kohle dann den Code. Nicht urlauberfreundlich
