Amazing Place - Right in the heart of the town
The property was amazing. The location was great. The rooms were very clean and good size. The restaurant food was decent for the price.
The pool and spa areas were extremely small. It was also a little off-putting that you needed to drive five minutes to park your car and pay another $25 a day. So, bottom line, the nightly rate was pretty high for what you got.

Fantastic hotel in the perfect location!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jaume. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh lemonade and given a lovely introduction to the city, which was such a thoughtful personal touch. Our bags were even taken straight to our room. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Palma’s beautiful Old Town. Everything is within easy reach, including the cathedral, fantastic shopping, fabulous restaurants and cocktail bars. The beach is also only around a 20-minute walk away. Our room was beautifully comfortable, spacious and had a lovely large bathroom. We also enjoyed room service, and the pancakes were particularly delicious! What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the staff. A fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it!
Nothing to dislike! We had a fantastic stay and genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel, the staff or the service. If anything, we just wish we’d stayed longer!
