In der Nebensaison ist es ein idealer Ort zum einige Tage Ferien zu verbringen.
Die Lage direkt am Sandstrand ist perfekt, schöne Aussicht und ebenfalls der Pool, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist gut renoviert und unterhalten und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Wandschränke sind ideal. Die gesamte Appartementliegenschaft ist mir jedoch zu gross und ich würde nie in der Hochsaison eine Wohnung mieten.

La ubicacion y la zona de la piscina
Solo habia aire acondicionado en el comedor y desaguaba por dentro en una botella sin que nadie avisara, por lo que tenias que estar pendiente de que no desbordara. El aire tenia mucho moho, i un olor horrible. Tuvimos q dormir en el comedor porque las habitaciones no tenian ventilador y hacia calor. Menaje de la cocina escaso, solo una sarten. La segunda tarde nos quedamos sin luz y no nos dieron niguna solucion y pasamos la noche sin luz con un niño pequeño. Nos dijeron que nos harian un reembolso considerable por el tema de la luz pero una semana despues aún seguimos sin noticias. No lo recomendaria.

Tevreden over ons verblijf.
Het appartementje was zeer proper, met zicht op de zee, de stranden en het zwembad (mooi, groot ). Parking voorzien voor een auto , binnen het domein. Het lag zeer rustig, wat afgelegen.
Het ophalen van de sleutels op een andere locatie ,wat verder dan het verblijf. De sleutels lagen daar in een sleutelkastje.

Great Location
The location. Right on the beach. Nice gardens with pool. The size of the property . Parking on site with own space. Secure for bikes.
Neither the washbasin nor sink kept water in! Drained away whilst in use. Reported it but nothing was done. Sheets/ mattress cover in main bedroom too small, cover kept coming off and sheets did not tuck in. Iron did not work. No mosquito nets! All minor but easily rectified.

Para una familia con niños no hay mejor ubicacion posible desde Oliva a Denia
Somos una familia de 4 personas y hemos estado muy a gusto. Ubicación perfecta. Piscina y tranquilidad tanto de zona como vecinos ademas de una playa magnifica
En mi opinión es necesario renovar almohadas y cojines sofá. Ademas de material y productos de limpieza que no había.
