Better than staying at expensive Hotels.
Quiet. 10mins from/to Downtown. Host with excellent instructions. Check in and check out with no bother. Private street is a great plus.

Feel like I should get a refund becuz of the double booking. Lost a wonderful opportunity due to bad management of renta
It was nice and easy to find clear instructions
When I arrived another persons suitcases were in room. While I tried to contact staff the other couple came in. It turned out booking.com had double Booked our room. And it took over an hour and a half to resolve and get another place… Causing me to miss my daughter’s surprise engagement dinner. (Once in a lifetime experience) and the only reason I had come to sb and paid 335.00 to stay in a location close to my family and the event. Owner ended up being placed in another home, but 15 min in the opposite direction.owner did their best to resolve but my event was missed by the time it was resolved and being handicapped it was very hard and expensive to have to move from one place to another.
