    L’emplacement est parfait mais l’appartement doit revoir ses travaux et les équipements

    Pas très isolé, les équipements sont de très bas de gamme, les portes s’ouvrent et ferment mal, aucun rangement dans la salle de bain et les eaux ne s’évacuent pas après une douche

    Disgusted, invasion of privacy, unprofessional service

    They sent me the details to gain entry which I followed. Then about an out later, just got out the shower, had my boxers on then some lady enters the apartment asking me where I got the keys from, huge mix up, saying I should be in the apartment next door but then why give me the code for the lock box outside this apartment! very unacceptable to just enter the apartment as I could have been naked. Never experienced such an unprofessional service in all the places that I have stayed. I will never use these people again

    It was very challenging

    It was quiet. Beds were ok. Staff were very nice and helped us carry luggage up many stairs on arrival.

    We were not informed until Our arrival that we could not get an uber to the door. It was an uphill walk with lots of luggage. Also not told in advance of the no elevator. We are older women with luggage. There was no coffee available even for one day. Tv had no Chanel’s to actually watch. Curtains all falling down. I would not stay here again.

    Secure, clean, spacious, handy to locations, comfortable beds, good facilities and good contact with hosts

    The fridge, defrosted it, then all ok
