El anfitrión, muy agradable y atento.
Lo único negativo es que la estar muy cerca de la zona de fiesta, y los fines de semanas hay algo de ruido y puede ser molesto para dormir. Yo usé tapones el viernes y el sábado

The localization, literally you cannot have a better place to stay in Naples to visit it. Everything was like minutes from apartment, most of the attraction were in reach of hand, the famous Spaccanapoli was right nearby, just one turn to the right and you were on it. The apartment on its own was fabulous for me, the climate of the city, it swallowed me.
There is none.

Mi è piaciuta molto l’accoglienza di Salvatore che è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile. Il loft è situato in una zona a due passi dalla confusione di Spaccanapoli, ma in una stradina super silenziosa e tranquilla. A pochi metri dall’ingresso a Santa Chiara.

Der Zustand des Badezimmers hat unseren Aufenthalt jedoch deutlich beeinträchtigt.
Der Raum ist klimatisiert, großzügig geschnitten und bietet viel Platz. Außerdem befindet er sich in einer sehr guten Lage.
Leider das größte Manko der Unterkunft: dem Badezimmer. An der Decke und an der Tapete waren deutliche Schimmelspuren zu sehen, und auch die Fugen waren stark von Schimmel betroffen. Da das Badezimmer kein Fenster hat, scheint hier grundsätzlich ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem zu bestehen. Auch der allgemeine Zustand der Wände war nicht mehr optimal. Wir empfanden den Zustand als sehr unhygienisch und haben uns im Badezimmer überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt. Leider gab es seitens des Anbieters auch keinerlei Entgegenkommen, Auch die Handtücher waren nicht mehr im besten Zustand.
