Wonderful venue for a 60th birthday
Florence is beautiful and the apartment is perfectly situated to take advantage of all the city has to offer. This apartment has a very large kitchen with terrace access. Our family of four had a very comfortable stay, we appreciated the fabulous view and lovely coffee shop on the ground floor. We thought it was a superb apartment and would love to return!

In short, stay here for the view and the unbeatable location—but don’t expect a luxury experience or good value for the
We recently stayed at this property and while the location truly is fantastic—with easy access to everything Florence has to offer—and the view from the apartment is beautiful, our overall experience didn’t match the high nightly rate (over €400).
The biggest issue was the noise. Every night, it was very loud due to people partying in the alley, noise from the bar underneath, and echoing voices in the stairwell. Light sleepers, be warned—it’s difficult to get a restful night here. Management was also disappointing. We were surprised to find an inadequate supply of toilet paper, which should be a basic essential. When I reached out, I was told only a “starter kit” was provided and that I’d need to either purchase more myself or pay for delivery. After some back and forth, they did eventually bring more, but the whole interaction felt unnecessary and frustrating. Only one towel per person is provided for the entire stay, with extra towels available only for a fee. At this price point, that felt unreasonable. The couches were oddly covered in inexpensive throw blankets, which detracted from the otherwise elegant decor.
