Perfect for a few days in Alicante
Very good location (please be aware, that it is located on a hill, you have to climbe some steps). Many nice bar and restaurants and also grocery store are nearby. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and a mini kitchen.... everthing you need for a stay in Alicante. Personal although not at the location, but answered immediately.
Sound isolation not that good, if the neighbours arrive late in the night you will wake up.

Confusion in the description of the door code: just use an icon of the 🗝️, not Spanish word. It took us time to realize that simple fact while unsuccessfully trying to unlock access door🫣😆

Overall, it is a decent apartment for a short stay
The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the easy self check-in using an access code sent prior to arrival. The kitchen was well - equipped with all the necessary essentials, including a coffee maker, microwave, and kettle. Also the bathroom was clean. The location is excellent - there are shops, plenty of cafes, a tram stop, and the airport bus stop all nearby. There is also a great beach just a short walk away. Another nice touch was that fresh towels were provided upon request.
The biggest disappointment was the advertised balcony, which was practically non-existent. It’s essentially a French window - you cannot step out onto it or hang anything over it, which meant we had nowhere to dry our swimwear. The soundproofing is very poor; you can hear every noise from inside the building and out on the street, and the fridge was quite loud at night. Additionally, the air conditioning barely cooled the room down. Since the sun shines directly into all the windows, we had to keep them closed the entire time just to stop the apartment from getting too hot.

The shower kept falling off the wall, and the mirror also came off and couldn’t be put back up.
