    ce qui est unique : que l'hôtel mette la clé sous la porte et que nous soyons pas prévenu ce qui fait qu'à l'arrivée nous avons eu une désagréable surprise

    Give the Boutique hotel the boot!

    On the night of our arrival for a one-night stay the hotel was closed for refurbishment. We had not been told in advance, and had a frantic search for alternative accommodation. The Boutique Hotel has to date not replied to our e-mail, so we are currently out of pocket.

    Schlechtes Management und ungeschultes Personal! Uns wurde trotz Bezahlung bei Expedia das Zimmer ein zweites Mal berechnet. Da bei der morgendlichen Abreise nur der sehr schlecht Englisch sprechende Nachtportier da war, haben wir das Zimmer ein zweites Mal bezahlt. Leider ist das Management innerhalb drei Wochen nicht in der Lage die Doppelzahlung zu verifizieren und das zuviel gezahlte Geld zurückzuzahlen.

    Very clean, lovely bright room. Lovely bathroom, towels and bed linen. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfasts, excellent service. Shame that dinner was not offered in the evenings. This service seems to have been ceased for some reason, nobody could give us a reason. Our trip and stay here was very pleasant.
