    We had a lovely stay in Santo Felicita - the apartment and location were perfect for our group!

    We loved our stay! The location was perfect for walking all over Florence. We enjoyed all the windows and watching the city wake up. The piazza is a sweet respite from busier streets while also being right in the middle of all the beauty & sights of Florence.

    We loved the apartment, host, and location! I would note to future travelers that food directly near the apartment was not the best with the exception of Gino's Bakery (highly recommend!). For good food, we walked to Santo Spirito or searched for good reviews away from major tourist spots.

    We loved our stay at Santa Felicita Apartment in Florence! Traveling with two adults and three teens/young adults, we really appreciated having so much space to spread out. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and worked so well for our family. And we were VERY thankful for the cold, working air conditioning! We enjoyed having coffee together in the kitchen every morning before heading out to explore Florence. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio, with several restaurants right outside the apartment in the piazza. We actually ate at one of them twice! Dining outside in the piazza at night was absolutely delightful. After long days of walking and exploring all over Florence, it was wonderful to have dinner just steps from our door. One thing worth mentioning is the elevator. It is TINY, but we were certainly thankful to have the option when we needed it! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved having this apartment as our home base while exploring Florence!

    There is zero option to check in early so leaving our luggage at their office was not ideal. We had hired a driver to get us from the train station to what we thought was the apartment but was really just their office where we could leave our luggage for a few hours while we waited for our apartment to be ready. Then we had to go back and get our luggage and go another 15 min walk to our apartment which is not ideal on cobblestone streets.

    Falten cosetes

    Ubicació, llits còmodes, i banys a cada habitació

    Falten, copes de vi, torradora, padassos de cuina, culleres de café,no deixen ni sabó de plats. Els Fregalls eren vells , varem comprar baietes, sabó de plats, tovallons de paper per la cuina.

    Great location everything else not the best

    Amazing location, next to great restaurant

    Everything else was not the best. You need wifi in order to open the doors, which we did not have so took us a long time to open. We then entered and quickly realized why theres no pictures of the building VERY CREEPY. I took a video which i wish i can post. I posted screenshots. The room does not look like the pictures. We had to leave because of an emergency but we were already planning on not staying there as soon as we entered. We left 30 min after arriving and paid FULL price (2 days) we tried to talk to the owners and they said they couldnt because of policy but i read & it said they could override but they refused. Do not recommend.
