    Not worth the price

    Good location and valet staff were really nice

    There are parties/music playing in the lobby during evening hours and are very loud, can be heard clearly in the room.

    I arrived one day early. My error on my booking. Staff helpful. Bit computer said its this much... was a rip off for one night when i was staying for 5 nights and need 1 extra. Felt upset you could not do same rate for that one extra night.

    Price for 1 night. My fault but you could have helped Computer said no... I work in Hotels in London I know you COULD Have done a deal...

    noce hotel for room totally inadequate

    stylish--good location

    -bed was a double---not a queen like i booked---they told me its a "european" queen size wjich is much smaller---extremely deceitful! -also only 1 night table so I had no bedside table for my phone--glasses--meds--etc. -also only outlet in the entire room was on the single nightstand--so I could not charge my phone overnight and had to sit on a chair pulled into the bathroom door to work on my computer. You've got to be kidding me! it was a totally inadequate room
