    This place is great value for money. Don’t expect the latest or greatest, there are more expensive places to stay for th

    Great location, great manager. Great bed, super quiet and very secure

    It is a bit tired, car park is very tight, need a Tele in the bedroom for wet days, needs some additional and comfy lounge furniture. The garden light globes should be repaired to assist walking along the path in the dark at night

    lovely receptionist & location to the pier

    the receptionist was very friendly and helpful - 5 /5 the room was not so good the carpet was old & filthy, ceiling fan was rusty, ceiling lights rusty & full of bugs, fly screens damaged, no chopping board in the kitchen, no plug the the spa bath, spar Barth stained & old, balcony furniture old & unstable, couch in lounge room old & dirty, toilet door open in-wards making it difficult, Toilet seat loose & terrible, holes in walls above windows were old curtains must have been at one stage. in desperate need of some love & attention, No elevator.
