  Beautiful

  This villa was absolutely beautiful and in a fantastic location, with local shops conveniently nearby. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The villa has a lovely open-air design, with the seating area, kitchen and bathrooms all outdoors. This wasn’t an issue for us at all—in fact, we thought it was a really nice touch and added to the overall experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bed deserves a special mention as it was extremely comfortable. The pool was also very clean, with lovely warm water (not heated, so likely just due to the warm weather). We particularly appreciated the filtered water dispenser, which was a thoughtful and convenient addition. We genuinely have no recommendations for improvement and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

  A wonderful place that definitely deserves the highest rating! The villa is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable, and the pool is the perfect finishing touch to the whole experience. It is a place where you can truly rest, relax, and enjoy every moment. Huge thanks also go to the staff—they were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. From start to finish, we felt truly special and well looked after. The hospitality and atmosphere made our stay an absolute pleasure. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful setting, comfort, peace and quiet, and exceptional service. We would love to come back, and we will certainly recommend it to our friends❤️

  Not satisfied at all.

  We stayed here for 3 days. We didn’t like the area and nor the villa itself. This was our fourth villa booked during the trip and we regretted.

  Firstly, the picture showed grass near the pool and plants. However, in actual, the area was sandy and filled with pebbles (no grass at all). There were plants but not as much as shown in the picture. Secondly, the pool patio (side area) was really small, but in pictures it was bigger. Third - The kitchen area and washroom was filled with mosquitoes- there was no mosquito repellent (device). Fourth - the day we arrived, the pool was really dirty and filled with dead leaves at the bottom. We asked the manager (coordinator) and he mentioned unfortunately, the cleaning only happens twice a week so pool might not have been cleaned. The next day, pool man cleaned our pool. It should and is almost at every hotel that pool is cleaned before someone new arrives, but seems it’s not the case with this hotel. So you better be ready to enjoy your dirty pool and wait for scheduled cleaning. Fifth - and this might not be an issue for many people, but the pool was deeper = 1.9 meters or more deep (but coordinator insisted it was 1.6m). So if you are an Asian and you have got a smaller height, make sure you know how to swim. Because my partner, who is 5-6 couldn’t touch the bottom with her feet and is not a swimmer so ended up not using the pool at all. Sixth - at the time we arrived, there was a lot of construction happening in surrounding the area and hence dusty. Not blaming the hotel for this. But with the other 5 things I noted above, we thought those 3 days were the only dip in our two weeks vacation.

  Very beautiful, peaceful and relaxing

  Amazing location, super centrally located in Bingin but tucked away so you don’t hear noise and no construction.
