    We'd love to visit again! Perfetto!

    Mirko met us outside the apartment and graciously introduced us to our room, the common area for complimentary espresso, and provided us with suggestions for dining, etc. Our room was expansive and clean. The bedroom and bathroom were well appointed and the decor was lovely. One unexpected feature was the temperature. We traveled to several cities in September while the temperature was still pretty warm. The air conditioning in Italy does not go as low as we normally see in the US which was a bit uncomfortable in some of our hotels, however this was not a problem at our Santarosa room. It was naturally cooler despite the 80+ degree temperatures outside. If you are visiting Florence in the height of summer this would be a definite bonus. I chose the room based on its location, but both proved to be stellar! I hope to visit again. Grazie, Mirko!

    Great facilities, good location, felt very safe, amazing host

    Mirko was very kind and friendly! The room and ensuite were spotless and I had everything I needed. I liked that there was air conditioning, and the building was safe and secure. And I appreciated Mirkos suggestions on where to eat.
