    Passable

    Location.

Upon arrival, we found that the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned after the previous guests. There was some rubbish left behind, and the shower and toilet were not in a hygienic condition. While we appreciated that the bed and towels were clean, we had to clean the rest of the apartment ourselves, as the owners only removed the garbage despite being informed. There was also a noticeable sewage odor in the apartment, which we understand might be common in Florence oldtown. Unfortunately, no compensation was offered.
