It was passable but I feel the ad on booking .com was a little deceiving. If you have heavy luggage, do not stay here.
It has a great location, close to everything in the Vatican
On booking.com it said a washing machine in each room, there isn’t. There is one washing machine for the entire place. No mention of no elevator until you check in. Our dishwasher was out of order and one of the beds had sand in it.

En general todo bien. Buena ubicación, cerca del Vaticano.

היה מצויין והיינו מאוד מרוצים! תודה רבה על האירוח הנעים
מיקום מצויין, הכל במרחק הליכה, זה היה מושלם! דירה מרווחת מאוד ונעימה ומעוצבת מקסים. היינו משפחה עם שלושה ילדים והיה לנו מאוד נעים ונוח. הדירה הייתה נקייה ומסודרת ויש בה את כל הדרוש. הדירה הייתה בקומה השלישית, יש לשים לב שיש לעלות מדרגות לולייניות לדירה, לנו זה לא הפריע.
זרם המים במקלחת היה חלש ביומיים הראשונים אבל בוצע תיקון בבניין וזה הסתדר מיד לאחר מכן.
