Please note that the credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the owner. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in, the property will charge another credit card on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. Please note that the property does not have a reception. Please inform Santoterra Antigua Suites at least 24 hours in advance of your expected arrival time, so that the manager will meet you at the villa. In case of last-minute notification, it can take up to an hour for the villa manager to arrive at the property. Please note that there is no luggage storage provided before check-in and after check-out. Kindly note that the guest name must match the credit card holder name as provided upon booking. The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to other guests. Please note that for reservations of 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
