Beautiful hotel, nice and comfortable rooms, good location.
The hotel boasts that it has 4 pools 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. However they have weird working hours. The biggest swimming pool closes in the middle of the day for 2 hours allegedly for disinfection. Why can everywhere else in the world disinfection can be done at night but not here? The other 2 outdoor pools only open for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. Why???

Velmi hezký hotel za velmi rozumnou cenu
Bazén na střeše, architektura hotelu , ochotný personál, poloha hotelu v klidné části Sanye. Ticho a klid na pokoji a v hotelu. Tichá klimatizace. Velmi rozumná cena.
V televizi pouze 4 čínské programy ,bez možnosti připojení HDMI, nebo USB, konektory tam byly ,ale nefungovaly nebo byly blokovány. Nedostatečné osvětlení, hlavně u postele chybí lampičky na čtení, nad postelí nesvítilo jedno světlo, nefungovalo elektrické zatemnění. Bohužel z celého personálu hotelu mluví anglicky pouze jedna praktikantka původem z Uzbekistánu, ostatní ,včetně recepce pouze čínsky a překladač mají automaticky nastaven na ruštinu.

De todo o constrangimento que eu passei. Este hotel é única exclusivamente para chinês . Não deveria estar no booking e muito menos vender para estrangeiros
